everyone should know this. he believes he is the best and feels that anyone above him (pacquiao) has to be on something to be above him. he is slightly scared of pac. who wouldnt be? pac is a machine, and a straight up killer. floyd knows it would be the toughest fight of his career. everyone who knows floyd knows that he is just talking **** to build interest, and put pac down. floyd fears loosing to pac so he wants to gain a MENTAL edge over him with the testing. thats all it is. a MENTAL edge

Straight out of Pacquiao and Roach's mouth. Its because Pacquiao trains hard during those 14 days. Also because Pacquiao is weak and unable to train for 3-4 days after having his blood drawn.
