Maybe it's because it was in his freaking contract to ask for it. Just like God Pacquiao had the right to asked for Floyd to pay 10 million per pound if he come overweight, but at least Floyd accepted it. It was a ridiculous demand because he only asked Floyd to do it. Floyd asked for both he and Pacquiao for his request, Manny declined to do it randomly.

Mosley accepted Floyd request, and the fight is on.
