I'm sorry but I find your posts very distasteful. You act like it's only Filipinos who act this way. This stuff happens with every race. You really come off like you hate your heritage. I'm not even full Filipino or raised in the culture but I think you should quit generalizing like all Filipinos are the same and all think alike.

Okay, I admit I'm wrong saying that all Filipinos are like this but man, some get all riled up from small jokes or rather when they don't take statements from the right context. I bet some (or most) Filipinos don't even know about this controversy. It's usually the loudest group that comes out and screams racism but the problem is that they don't defend their country in a civilized manner. They don't write about why their country means the most to them and how Adam is wrong. All they do is spout, "he must be a f*ggot," "he's a child ******er," "he must be Gayweather's lover," etc.

Keep in mind that these celebrities (Hatcher, Baldwin, Danes) apologized for their statements and their apologies weren't even accepted. Carolla apologized for his statement and admitted that he went over the line and still they won't accept his apology.

The fallacy in your statement is that you're allowing a few minority groups speak for the whole.

Look at just this thread alone. I have yet to see 1 filipino poster be genuinely upset at corolla's statement.

Its the equivalent of saying black people this, that, and the other thing just because the naacp, or jesse jackson have something against it.
