I don't think Marciano skilled really was all that. He was just a really rough, rugged, tough SOB with great power in both hands. He could be outboxed but could KO in any giving moment.

Fritzie Zivic and Battling Nelson they were to dirty for me to consider them skilled. Just dirty fighters some people think is crafty but if they were fighting in this era they would of had their licensed revoked and would of never won a fight cuz they would of been DQ'd all the time.

That is all I can think of right now.

Never seen Zivic fight before But Ill look him up. I was just wondering because I also said Marciano and people gave me hell for it.

rocky is the ONLY undefeated HW champ ever..

        beat the following

        -Joe Louis
        -Ezzard Charles
        -Jersey Joe Walcott
        -Archie Moore
        -Don ****ell
And you know why that is? Because the people want it so. Skillwise I don't even rank him. He beat Louis when they dragged the retired out of shape 139 years old Louis into the ring so he could lose to Marciano. Marciano's record is not more impressive than the likes of Tarver, Forrest.

Want to break down his record for analysis? Sorry I'm not buying the ATG because I'm old ****, you will need to show me how great were his accomplishments when compared to others. There's few spots in the ATG list and if you are in, you need to earn it.

IF you prove me: He fought contenders, defended against live tough and young opponents and was not protected, if he did more than the rest on the same level, then I gladly take back that **** and consider him a legit ATG. Right now to me he isn't greater than Calzaghe to be honest.

His resume is not that bad, I think he does have a better resume then a Pryor or even a Calzaghe. Some people rate Joe as an ATG.

But, I don't think his skills were really that good. But, he could KO any ATG fighter around his weight-class cuz he had that kind of power.

Sure he did. He only destroyed Duran, who many believe is a top 10 atg. But please, carry on.

Silly? Thinking again, yes i agree. Tarver beat RJJ, an ATG most people will agree, when Roy still had something left. Marciano beat Louis when Louis had NOTHING left. He wasn't very good and if you actually see him in his fights you will be saying WTF multiple times.

Again, why not break down his career for me? I will give credit where credit is due, no bigotry here. You need to show me he's an ATG.
