Joe Frazier sounds about right. The man is an ATG, but I rate several HWs above him ATG.

I think there are more than 10 heavyweights who I'd personally consider greats of the sport.

I think if you start compiling a list of the 100 greatest, when you start getting between 50-100 it becomes arguable. Thats just my opinion.

I think most of the fighters in the top 50 would have probably been great and top 10 p4p in any era, thus the term all-time great. Appreciate the thread but to be honest with you if you get 100 replies your likely to get as many different answers...Bert Sugar would be one of the best people I could think of to answer this question. Ali, Foreman, Tyson, Marciano, Jack Johnson, Louis, Lewis, Holmes, Holyfield,Patterson, Spinks, RJJ. I dont rate all of those above him at HW, but they are all HWS I consider to be higher on an ATG list. He is a great fighter, but there are better fighters.
