It might be Mosley based on his p4p ranking. He has had a solid second WW run though beating Collazo and Marg and hanging tough with Cotto.

Tough. I always felt Winky was overrated based on resume. If you give him his wins against Vargas and Taylor though it's a different story.

Even Taylor had a lot of doubters early on. A lot of people thought Hops beat hi. Even some (myself) had him losing to Spinks. So it's hard to call him overrated.

                  Now now...

Some of my all-time favorites are American, such as Gene Tunney.

And I have an American in my avatar, I'll be rooting for him tomorrow.

Pavlik by far he has the least skills the most problems and the most insanely glad handed rap of anyone on the list, and he fights for Top Rank so that in itself should be proof enough that he is overrated and has a fabricated reputation and is grossly overrated. Anyone who picked Floyd is clearly a foolish hater, there is no way any real boxing fan can really call a man with an unbeaten record and a skill set that is matched by no other, overrated. Whats more absurd is that with the names on the list Floyd is really the least overrated.
