of the past decade it's got to be James Toney. The rest have at least delivered to some degree on their promises but Toney over the past decade has been a fat joke

I find it hard to believe a lot of those votes for Floyd aren't just haters. I mean I'm no fan but he's not the most over rated American fighter of the last decade, sheesh.

From that list it would have to be Kelly Pavlik, undoubtedly. He was in some p4p lists before the Hopkins loss, and I don't think he ever deserves to be top 10. There's no one worthy at MW and he won't beat any of the top few at SMW. Taylors slightly over rated.

I'm surprised Lacy's not there, and in-fact I'd probably say is.
