I don't know about all that. But I expect more use of his right hand that's for sure.

Cotto is a front foot, torque with his his left (strong) side for leverage and using a jab for set up type of fighter

I have turned into quite the Cotto fan and I hope he can indeed bounce back but I dont see what Manny brings
Yeah, I agree, however I think he can help with some basic stuff, outlining a game plan to beat fighters. I don't expect Cotto's style to change, and it shouldn't. But maybe Steward can find a better way to implement his style on opponents. For example, I don't know if his corner mentioned this to Cotto but in the Margs fight he constantly let Marg get him a long the ropes or in the corner and Margs wasn't doing a great job cutting the ring off, Miguel was just doing an awful job of staying in the middle, and to me that is why he lost that fight. He moves around in the middle of the ring in that fight and he easily outboxes Antonio for 12 rounds. Instead he got pushed back to the ropes where Margs could really tee up on him. I think Steward could help with the little things, a guy like Roach sets a game plan for Pac to beat his fighters , he watches tape of them and finds weaknesses and areas where that opponent is vulnerable and I am interested to see if Emmanuel will do the same, because thats one thing I think Cotto has always lacked. His game plan is usually just to use his skill, power and combos and if the opponent is giving him troubles or hurts him then he starts going low to the body.
