You forgot to mention the constant low blows of Dirrell against Abraham that he didn't see.

        Decent job? I disagree.

LOL...AA not only got dominated that round but it was Dirrell who landed a countered left hook on the eye of AA and the blood really started flowing before Cole had the doctor check it...This is got to be one of the hardest fights to Referee and Cole did a good job..IT's funny how more foolish you guys look when your fighter loses and your quick to look for a blame...

          bat you're so biased.

I've posted gifs of both questionable knockdowns.

The first was dirrell knocking abraham down into the ropes. Slow motion showed that dirrell's hand was cuffed and it was more of a push then a punch. So again, in real time that could go either way.

I already explained the feet were in fact tangled on the 2nd, so again, either way.

The cut was bleeding bad he had every right to have the doc look at it. And when the doc was applying pressure, what did the ref do? He correctly told him he CANNOT treat the wound. He was right about that.

and LOL @ AA landing the big shot, you have have it reversed man.

the only questionable decision was the abraham knockdown, however their feet were indeed tangled so it's one of those quick judgment calls that could go either way.
            You're blind or overly sarcastic.

Dirrels shot was a wristshot that send AA to the ropes. Hence that's debateable.

It was definetely a punch that sent Dirrell down. If not for the punch Dirrell would have stood up.

I suggest you check the cut incident again. I just watched the fight a couple of hours ago. AA landed big just before the ref intervened. I think you got it wrong.

So the ref told the doc to not treat the wound and yet he made the intermission last close to a minute? Look. The referee was incompetent. He was correct in telling the doc to not treat the wound. If only he had said so way earlier.

A very poor performance from the ref.

Did anyone else watch that press conference about the Super Six from a few days ago?

In it, Gary Shaw says that he gave Sauerland Event the choice to pick from any ref in the US. He said it didn't have to be Cole, and that if anyone should've been worried it was was him, as Cole had previously reffed three Markus Beyer fights. Chris Meyer and Kalle Sauerland were present and did not refute these claims.

                Kinda funny, isn't it?

Yeah Sauerland has used him on several occasions. He was also third man in the Kessler-Andrade fight.

                  Whatever. He was awful still.

I don't think he did a very good job either, and realize that SE are familiar with him.

I just found it interesting, that is all.
