Not when you can make more money and enjoy just as much fame in other non combat sports. Unless the demand becomes greater, most athletic big men will play football or basketball.

Like they said. The eastern side didn't really get a chance to compete till recently. Also, Americans make a big deal out of a win. An American can beat one good guy and will get more credit than a non American who has busted his ass beating several top HWs in a roll.
