Funny, especially since Ali was an overweight featherfist...

Just watch his fights: Ali vs Norton, Ali vs Chuvalo or Ali vs Foreman. All these guys were more athletic than Ali.

I agree, the first posts of this thread are disgusting. However it makes me happy that these idiots are going to be suffering for a very long time since the HW division is going to be dominated by eastern europeans for the foreseeable future

Yup, because before Soviets were not allowed to compete.

Ali was lucky that he lived in an era where "World Championship" was mainly a local contest. As soon as the East-European gates opened all US fighters look like school boys.

Thats not exactly true, Ali, Liston, Holmes etc would of been competitive in any Hw era especially during today.

That is pure speculation. Ali was even knocked down by a featherfist dwarf (Frazier. Heavyweight KOratio like Chris Byrd).

I doubt it that he could compete against nowadays ****ers. Ali had no defense whatsoever. He got hit by the slllloooowwwwessst punches one has ever seen.

That punch by Frazier that put Ali down probably would have taken off wlad klit's head.

I believe Holmes was just as good as Ali was....just my opinion. Larry might've been the best ever.
