You know you looked up thos ratings in recent times. I remember one true WW champion, the unified champ and that was Zab and every one knew it. There was no Margarito in the bigger picture no matter how many mandatories he beat, we all know mandatories are ****.

Not only did Margarito beat his mandos but he beat opponents that were rated by the Ring which are two different things.

Zab Judah was not the true WW unified WW cahmp at the time. And, everybody knew it so what are you talking about. He was coming off a lost. So where did you get the rankings of Baldomir #1 and Judah #2?
