I recall reading the same thing. It said with Clottey's percentage of the PPV he would get an additional 2 million but his guaranteed purse was 1 million.

Wow. That is big. Even with the tax and other cuts, IMO, he would have over a mil left clean. Good for him.

I have said plenty of times that he is a great boxer but I hate his attitude and persona. Sure I bash the guy, not for his boxing skills or lack thereof but for his antics and trashtalk. I mean I'm not one to go on and on and on about *****s or whatever. Pac is not even my favorite boxer but when it comes to his personality and Floyd's, I'd favor Pac's. If Floyd acted differently, I'd be all about him, he isn't humble or respectful.

True. Instead, Mayweather will fight Mosley in a rematch for another $20 to $25 million or fight Timothy Bradley for $15 million or go across the pond to England and fight Matthew Hatton in Wembley stadium with 100,000 in attendance and get $20 million out of it. With those options, 100 percent of nothing against Pac doesn't sound bad at all.

Floyd fans are pretty confident even though he has his toughest fight by far coming up. Pac just dominated 2 of the top 4 ww's and barely lost a rd.

Pac will never fight Floyd for anything less than 50/50. And as much as I hate it he could easily end up fighting Margarito at the end of the year and make another 12 to 20 million.

Floyd has a very tough fight in Mosley and if he loses it is going to destroy his career.

Dude, nobody is so wealthy that they are not willing to make more money. Has Warren Buffet (third richest man in the world) retired? Has Bill Gates (second richest man in the world) sold all his stock in Microsoft because he has enough money and doesn't need more? The answer is NO! Pac will not retire even if he wins reelection. He may not fight Mayweather, but there is still too much money to be made against easy opponents for him to retire.

I think Pac would like to fight the winner of Floyd Mosley and definitely will if Mosley wins. If Floyd wants to be the best p4p fighter and best fighter of his time he better beat Mosley and then sign a 50/50 split fight with Pac. I believe Floyd right now is the biggest ppv draw (has to beat Mosley) but there is no debate who the bigger star is. Pac is the p4p king, 7 division world champ, fighter of the decade, NIKE sponsored and pride of Philippines.

I just hope Mosley does his job and knocks Floyd the **** out so we don't have to have this debate and we get to watch Pac Mosley.
Why does Pac deserve 50/50 split? Based on the same reasons he only gave clottey a 90/10 split is the same reasons why Mayweather will get a much larger split than Pac. Like I said you can't bring your awards and endorsements to the table. It's all about ppv buys. Now you went on and on about Pac's accomplishments and yet he only got 700K. You bring up all that stuff if you want but we're talking numbers baby. And in that department Floyd OWNS Pac. And you're the fool if you think Pac really wants to fight Mosley. Like I said before Mosley went to the wild card gym TWICE last year and they said HELL NO!!! Now all the sudden Mayweather is fighting Mosley and now Pac is all fired up. Look i'm not drinkin the kool-aid but you can tho. If he's so ready for Mosley then why's he talkin bout retirement? And listenin to his momma. Get real

I agree. PBF is good money maker and he can make $40 mil fighting those people you mentioned. But he will never make those money against Pacman. Besides, I believe, Arum is the biggest obstacle in the PBF/Pac fight. I think Arum's hatred on PBF is so deep that he makes sure that PBF will not make money out of his fighters. Just my opinion.
