This is wrong. The test was known about before the fight was brought up. Pac camp said they were ok with it.

I'm surprised these commissions weren't doing more to try and help make this fight happen. I think we need as many figures in Boxing as possible to just make it so that there is so much pressure on both camps that the fight HAS to be made

first, pac is about to retire, so i doubt that the new rule will be implemented first than his retirement

second, after seeing the outcome of pac's fight at cowboys stadium, i feel that each and every big fight should be staged there

third, IF the new drug testing rules will be implemented in nv and pac is about to fight again at nv, i think he will submit to the test. why? remember the reason why he didnt want to take the test with floyd? cause pac and his camp are you saying who the *** is floyd to make or change the rules? so if its the nsac itself will implement the rules, i think he will submit to it
