lol youre always going against pacquiao. its not his fans, its him you hate. whoever said he WANTED to retire? pacquiao and team already said they were willing to fight under the commission rules as long as its under their rules and not mayweathers.

floyd is not pacquiao where he chooses where to fights due to what the commissions approve of.

Both Roach and Manny stated several times whatever the NSAC demands, they'll follow.

It's one thing denying to take a test another fighter is trying to warrant, it's a another thing when the actual commission that sanctions the fights demands it.

Simply put, Mayweather isn't above Pacquiao's own ego (which Floyd isn't used to dealing with).

If Floyd really wants that fight to happen and does want a clean sport, get the sanctioning bodies to implement the tests so there's absolutely no excuses.

i would imagine that he will fight in nevada even if they take onboard floyds drug testing ideas. the reason i say this is because roach has said on several occasions that they go by the comissions rules and not floyds. I think pac and roach have more of a problem with floyd insinuating that pac couldnt possibly of beaten de la hoya, hatton and cotto the way he did if he was clean. And all this crap about you dont get better after 25 or 26 years old. you might aswell stop training then if you cant get any better after that age ay floyd? However, when kellerman said ater the fight last week, that pac couldnt have felt nearly as weak as the excuse he gave (he feels weak after blood tests bollocks) I have to agree. It would have been better to just leave it at we go by the comissions rules.

Also seen a few people complaining saying floyd accepted pacs demand. the difference there is that floyd was overweight in his last fight whatever way you want to look at it. so to impose a penalty for being overweight is fine in my opinion. but to demand this testing is not the same because pac didnt fail any tests in his last fight or any other fight. He is only demanding this testing because pac is doing better than he is. its as simple as that. thats why hatton, de la hoya and marguez etc etc were not asked by floyd to do this testing.

Bob Arum begged both fighters to agree to fight each other.

They also agreed to random blood testing, and later ran from the fight due to something they initially agreed with.

It doesn't come much more simple than this... but good luck on getting the message through.
