LOL. This fight won't happen even the NSAC use the OST style of testing because floyd has plenty of excuses left just to duck pacquiao.

Well now I don't know. And, not cuz of the OST. Is more cuz a few weeks Arum has said that Pac will never ever fight in the MGM again. Because, the MGM prefer to go with Floyd-Malignaggi(yes Floyd was going to fight Paulie) instead of Pac-Clottey on March 13. So since MGM was holding that date for a proposed fight instead of signed it made Irrate that he said Pac would never fight in the MGM again.

I could see Pac fight fighting in Nevada but he will not fight in the MGM/Mirage Casinos. But, if Golden boy is in charge of the negotiations for Floyd. Golden will not let no other casino host the fight. Since Golden boy and MGM are sleeping together.

sounds like they have their next excuse already lined up........what a load of ****!!!!!...Arum is a bitter old ****..........but their is other places in NV........

THe thread is a waste of time because whether or not the Texas state boxing comission has testing(they did) the WBO does their own testing. Better luck with the same old bashing Pacquiao threads tomorrow.
