The asking for a test that has never been asked before in the history of professional boxing was UNWARRANTED, baseless, & slanderous.

Why?

Because there was no evidence that pac was juicing or connected to steroids, steroid users,steroid trainers, & steroid manufacturers.

If there was a past failed test like roy jones, james toney, or fernando vargas, EXTRA TESTING WOULD BE WARRANTED.

If there was leaked grand jury testimony that pac used steroids a la shane mosley, EXTRA TESTING WOULD BE WARRANTED.

If there was a steroid manufacturer accusing pac of knowingly taking steroids a la victor conte with shane mosley, FINE EXTRA TESTING IS WARRANTED.

If there was a ex trainer accusing pac of roiding & holding syringes & bloody guazes a la brian mcnamee, FINE EXTRA TESTING IS WARRANTED.

If floyd senior was a seasoned steroid user & expert a la Jose Canseco, THEN FINE, THE ACCUSATIONS ARE NOT BASELESS & LETS DO EXTRA TESTING.


But there isnt a single iota of evidence that pacquiao is using steroids, & even former trainers that would have an ax to grind against team pac & roach are saying pac is clean & is a hard worker (justin fortune & m. moorer).

Mayweather did beat this fighters closer at thier best. Before Mayweather Baldomir beat Gatti and Judah after he was demolished by Mayweather. He was utterly desimated by Forrest. Hatton was dominate at jww, but you are right about one thing Mayweather is far superior to both of these fighters. Its his ability to fight smart and adapt quickly that makes him such a great fighter. His resume at WW is one fighter off from Pacquiao, but once he fights Mosley thier Resume isn't that far off. Regardless BOTH FIGHTERS have better resumes and defeated better fighters before they reached WW. I feel Pacquiao can really become ATG in my eyes if he face Marquez again. He refuses so therefore regardless of what the rest of his resume look like, you left a big ? in my eyes.

I don't know about Forrest that was at 154...anyhoo you make a decent point about image of the boxers before they were beaten by Floyd but he has to beat Mosley decisively before he begins to remove the P4p ranking away from Pacquiao regardless of whether they ever do meet.

As for Marquez/Pacquiao trilogy--if it's not at 135--I don't want to see it. It's shown that Marquez's pencil legs cannot handle weighgt effectively higher than 135. So it's moot to see a 140 match when pacquiao would likely be at his most comfortable weight which would be a disadvantage for Marquez.

He didn't deserve the 2nd mvp, just like Lebron doesn't deserve the MVP he might get this yr. The media pushes for a person to get it and analyst make the wrong decisions. Thats why I don't really listen to a lot of Analyst because they give thier input and knowledge on the sport. If you smart you can have your own input and knowledge compare it theres and see which is more logical. I feel the only way Nash or Lebron should have recieved Mvp the 2nd time is if there team was doing a whole lot better than last yr.

On paper Cavs have a better team this yr than they did last yr and on paper they have a worst record.

if the cavs have the best record in the nba this year then lebron definitely deserves the mvp.

but steve nash having 2 mvp awards while kobe, hakeem, david robinson, shaq, only having one is the biggest travesty in the nba.

TO be honest the cut off Date should have not been implemented in the first place. Roach is caught on camera saying they would take the test no problem, than they turn around and ask for a ****** azz 30 day cut off period. 14 days is enough time to recover and get some valuable training in before the fight. So regardless the Test was not a problem until Arum seen a potential threat to his pockets if Pacquiao lost.

Pacquiao loses to Mayweather and it is on to the next one, but if the negotiations fall apart and the fight doesn't happen Pacquiao stills looks like a good fighter and his legacy still looks great. Regardless Pacquiao doesn't come close to top 30 ATG. I give him top 50 if he can manage to beat a top lvl fighter.
