no argument there but if he wasn't on Floyd's level when Floyd
moved up to Cotto's division, then how could Floyd be ducking Cotto,
a guy that needed time to catch up to Floyd? And how come it
wasn't considered ducking when Cotto wasn't ready but it was/is
considered ducking when Floyd opted to search for bigger fights
    than Cotto?
Oh ****, nice argument man. I'm just mad I never thought of that lol.

It's considered ducking by Floyd because people are just reaching for something to hate him on. That's how you can weed the actual boxing fans out from the bandwagon fans that seem to populate boxing sites nowadays.

Who exactly was left to fight after floyd KOed hatton? The public already got what they wanted, and everyone after the hatton fight wanted floyd fight Margarito, Cotto, and Williams. Cotto fought mosley, in a very classic fight, then fought a tune up on the same card as margarito to hype their fight then fought margarito. After that, fought a tune up since he got badly beaten up, then fought clottey, a fighter whom most ducked in the ww division, then fought pac.

Don't think you will still think he is that great. It's pretty embarassing.
It looks great. Greater than Pacquiao's to be honest.

When haters need to dissect Floyd's resume to even try and make a point, that's just another indicator of how great Floyd really is.

Whether we like it or not, like Floyd always says, he is his own promoter, and as a promoter he has to set himself up for the most money possible. I personally believe he lucked out landing Mosley. He really had no where to go after Pac's team said no. So, now he has to save face and promote this fight to the fullest. No way, do I think he ever actually wanted this fight. I'm not saying he's scared, but let's be honest I guarentee he felt that Mosely carried the most risk and too little money. Floyd is nearly as smart outside the ring as inside, more so than people on this site give him credit for, but that is not always characteristic casual fight fans care that much about. Anyway, the **** that's taking place on May 1st should be great.
LOL yeah thats a laugh.ppl think hes smart cos he can sell a fight and make a ton of money but its rly not that hard to do. just act a complete c*nt (which he does well) and say ur better than muhammad ali, thats about it! ppl will pay through the nose to see u get beat. hes a ***in idiot. i imagine his IQ is about the same as his number of fans.

I actually wish he would of taken that Margarito fight. But he took the lower risk and the lineal championship by fighting Baldomir. I think that's when Floyd lost his mind and decided to fight for money instead of belts. I'm gonna search on youtube for that video though, never seen it.

LOL!! I saw the video. Then they ask shane and shane says he wouldn't turn down 8 mil to fight. But last I checked Shane turned down 8 mil to fight Floyd the first time, then went on to fight Collazo.
