Now is the time to throw Alverez in with Clottey like Burner is talking about. Too bad that Arum will threaten everybody with a lawsuit anytime anybody outside of his stable expresses interest in one of his fighters. Lol.

It's becoming real clear that if Pacquiao ducks Mayweather again, Mayweather will be fighting Khan and Alvarez next.

the possibility exists for Alvarez to become a major star...with the right promotion and careful matchmaking as they bring him up

however, Oscar telling people he's the next Chavez might rub people the wrong way

I don't think its fair 2 say that Pacquiao ducked Mayweather. Floyd bitched out 2 big time with that Olympic style drug testing ****. They agreed 2 everything & then he came out with those demands. Manny made himself look suspect by not agreeing but he took it as an insult & Mayweather thinking he's bigger then the sport. I feel that. Floyds on it like na, something aint right with him. A few years ago people questioned if he could rock as a 130 pounder when he moved up from Featherweight. So 4 him 2 now be ****ing at Welterweight is crazy. I feel where he's coming from with that. I just don't think its fair 4 the Mayweather fans 2 say the blame falls squarley on Pacquiao.

He already does, Sells out every single one of his fights and all of Mexico loves him since he's just respectful in the way he talks and acts also but everyone is waiting to see if he can become the real deal before even putting him near any other past fighter from Mexico.

Hes gonna be huge as long as GBP keeps him away from slick boxers for awhile. I saw a video of him and a bunch of a young girls was going crazy for him. Plus, hes got a pretty exciting style. GBP thought Ortiz would be the next Oscar, looks like Saul might be closer to that.

To early to say such a thing. But then again Oscar De La Hoya will talk alot of rubbish, to better his fighters reputations, to boast his company, and to make more $$$.
