They catch people for blood doping all the time if it makes you feel better.

They caught plenty at tour de farce for EPO and other forms of blood doping after a massive crackdown in the last 5 years............

The good thing about USADA and WADA protocols is that they can legally store the sample for 8 years (statute of limitations) so they can expose fighters in the future for PED's they didn't know existed or could not test for in the present....cheaters can get exposed years after they retire.

Mayweather brought the issue to light just as happens with many things no one thinks too much about until someone kicks up a fuss and then we realise the way we were doing things wasn't the best possible etc.

Nothing is perfect and there is always someone who will bring forth an idea to improve a certain thing and I believe that whether you like, dislike or are indifferent to Floyd Mayweather shouldn't matter because Boxing is a brutal sport and therefore the testing in Boxing should be as stringent as any other sport, if not MORE stringent!

As for Mayweather using it to duck Pacquiao...that is silly he is not psychic and it was in the contract from day one with Roach saying they had no problem with it. It would only make sense if he brought testing up mid-negotiation. Don't let the perception of Mayweather blind you. If he didn't want the fight he wouldn't have fought Marquez and kept mentioning Pacquiao and also would not have had an interview the day after Pac-Cotto saying how he will do this and that to Pac.
