Because he's had 2 years to get the full benefit of his PED's and since he's such a gym rat, he won't loose the benefit within a couple of months. Btw, in response to the thread. Floyd might be on PED's, I'm not sure either way. All I know is he's willing to prove he's clean, and in my opinion. that speaks volumes.
