He's guilty cuz he doesn't wanna take the test clown= he is hiding something.. If a professional swimmer in the olympics does not wanna take a blood test accordinly means he is hiding something.. You guys act like it's hard to figure out.

Actually an Olympic athlete is REQUIRED to take those tests to compete. Boxing is regulated by individual state agencies. NSAC felt there was no just cause to warrant additional testing. If NSAC required these tests and Pacquiao refused, then you have something there. In the event this happens, Pacquiao has already stated he'll do whatever the NSAC asks of him. But at this point, it's just one fighter requesting something from another fighter.

Both fighters are to blame. Both have suspect and dumb motives for the decisions they've made.

There is a chance that any professional athlete could be cheating.

Anyone that walks into their job and refuses to take any type of testing w/o a valid excuse will be considered suspect and in most cases removed and ridiculed.

This is a big deal because Floyd Mayweather is involved. Now people want to accuse him of not being sincere about cleaning up the sport.

against margarito you have a case.. you could have a legal case too.

two reasons 1) Photographic evidence of the wraps right after the Cotto bout. 2) Illegal pads found during the Mosley fight.
