My guess would be the fight is canceled and the guy whose clean gets payed form the other fighter and that guy would be subjected to a lawsuit for breach of contract or something like that.

Get your facts straight... Fighter have agreed to a 2 year ban. But the State Commission has to enforce the ban which I'd highly doubt they would do since it isn't there tests they are failing.

how is it an issue? he already agreed to it.. everything is nice and dandy except for the cutoff date. this whole two year penalty is NOT an issue.

If he agree's to take the test I don't think he'd have any problem with the ban. If he tested positive a two year ban would be the least of his worries.
