Why didn't Paul Williams fight his mandatory in Jennings instead of fighting a nobody in Kolle?

Silly you. Don't you know that everyone ducks Paul Williams but no one is ducked by Paul Williams?

      Get with the program. lol

Quintana still wants his trilogy but Williams won't give it to him. He was busy taking out world beaters like Kolle and Verno Phillips.

Oh and remember - if Paul Williams says your name in a post-fight interview and you don't fight him immediately, that's a duck. Just an FYI for you.

Seriously, who gives a f.uck? In 2008 that wasn't news worthly, so why should it be now?..

So you basically saying there was no logical reason for Williams to fight a nobody in Kolle then his mandatory in Jennings?

And, if you look at it closely it is news worthy since P-Will doesn't have an oppnonent set yet for his May 8 date. Since if he would of fought Jennings instead he more than likely would of still held that WBO WW strap. And, would of been in a way better position then he is now.

And, also Pacquiao would not had that same WBO strap.

Williams should've, could've, would've; but the fact is, he wanted to move up two weight classes to mw and Andy Koll was a perfect journeyman to make him look good. Paul Williams needs to decide on one division and stick with it. I think alot of prospective opponents see him as being a very high risk with low reward b/c he doesn't hold any title belts....

Why did he wanted to move up though? Could it be that he can't make 147 anymore? Is not like he was getting more money for Kolle instead of Jennings.

I have no clue whatsoever. I guess he wanted to move up and fight somebody in a higher division to make some noise but who in the hell is Kolle? It really made no sense to me
