Pac is never going to agree. I think it's more likely that they both drop these request and just get it on for a 50/50 split. If not we will see pac fight plaster-less Margacheato for an easy ko win. Then Floyd if he beats Shane will have to go find Berto.

I don't think Mayweathers team is expecting Manny to fail any tests, but instead want the tests to MAKE SURE he doesn't fail'em. The idea is to keep the fight on an equal playing field, not to reveal manny's secret.

The strange thing is he puts all sorts of conditions on opponents,like pay a $10m fine per pound you are over weight,catchweights and types of gloves then this guy wont do one thing.
