Pac has been tested for all his fights in the U.S. and was willing to do more with floyd. But floyd being the primma donna that he is just wasn't good enough for him.

if he does take tests and he is proven to be a steroid user then i will call him that...but when you accuse some one alot and say their doping etc people are gonna start to think that...yeah pacqiuao refused the 14 day window deal but im sure if he ever does get tested he will be tested as negative for steroid use or anyother banned substance..
