'I'm doing what the commission wants me to'.You should see the expression on this guy's face to see he wont take no blood.

The strange thing is he puts all sorts of conditions on opponents, like pay a $10m fine per pound you are over weight, catchweights and types of gloves then this guy wont do one thing.

You say what you want Pacquiao is doping.

if he does take tests and he is proven to be a steroid user then i will call him that...but when you accuse some one alot and say their doping etc people are gonna start to think that...yeah pacqiuao refused the 14 day window deal but im sure if he ever does get tested he will be tested as negative for steroid use or anyother banned substance..

Until he's proven guilty, he ain't doping to me. Nothing about him shows that he's on any steroids or PEDs. Pacquiao's not the only fighter to go up and down weight classes and be successful (i.e. Henry Armstrong).

This generation hasn't seen a fighter of Manny's magnitude so it's easy to automatically dismiss his achievements as him using performance enhancers which people have become comfortable with accusing Manny of without actual knowledge of what PEDs or Steroids actually do to your body.

i dont see any logical reason why pacquiao has to do what he doesnt have to.
