maxed 410lbs...1 rep. body weight 195lbs bulky muscle. but i ****ed up my rotator cuff due to maxing 410. took 2 years for my shoulder to full recovery
but on my days when i wanted to rep out but still lift heavy, i would work out with 325lbs. 5 sets of 5 reps.
and have repped 365lbs 3 times.Comment

anytime you plateau, start working the legs. aids in increasing upper body strength for some reason
anytime that happened to me, i hit my legs really hard for a month or so. and when i felt i could push more weight from my upper body, i would go max out to see how much weight i could add to my bench, incline and decline.
working out with dumbbells and bar helps alot too. i was benching the heaviest bumbells my gym had which was 165lbs. picking up those big bulky bitches and maneuvering them is crazy workComment
