Depends. What weakens you and how? Now if your answer is total BS then we don't believe you (ie. can't withdraw blood within 30 days then getting it drawn 19 days before a big fight then throwing a staggering 1200+ punches).

14 days and a pinch of blood wouldn't weaken my 4 year old son.

If you had scientific evidence and fact that guarantees that you wouldn't be in any way weakened by these tests would you still refuse to fight?

And that's not even taking into account that Mayweather himself is subject to the exact same testing regime.

I think they're fed up with the Mayweathers, so they just wanted to screw the tests altogether.

              I'm disappointed. Oh well.

Pac just took a blood test 20 days into Clottey fight and went back into heavy training the next day. 20 day cutoff, am I right?

You can't honestly tell me that when Roger and Sr. get on these boxing talk shows and do these interviews claiming that the Philippines (pac home country) is some PED factory (A-side meth), that they aren't pissing Manny off and making him less likely to give in to take these test? Brother they are hurting this fight, whether you choose to admit it or not.
Yes I can. It's childish to think that because of a few insults; by two people that aren't even taken seriously, Top Rank would allow this to fall off. Thats dumb man, no offense. You already know what it is, we all do. Pacquiao needs to accept the damn 14 day cutoff, all there is to it. His excuses for declinding that offer have all been debunked. Every.single.one.of.them.

Wake up-he is in the welter weight class-i don't hear him asking for special treatment for moving up in weight.
Funny how he uses the "smaller than his opponent" excuses when making his opponents shrink down (except Clottey),but when Manny and Floyd have fought similar opponents that were in better shape when fighting Floyd, you call them bums....let me guess, you think Hatton and Oscar were better when Manny fought them????
                    wake up..

Tony has done more at WW than Floyd can ever dream about.

If anyone deserves big fights at WW its Margarito. Floyd has a lot of make up work to do for the last 8 years where he's abused his cozy relationship w/ HBO and you know it.
