Im not saying all of that. What Im saying is that so many people are contributing to this fight not happening. How much of it is Pac, Arum, Roach, Floyd, Sr and Roger....thats all up for debate. I just feel that all are hurting the chances of it happening.

You can't honestly tell me that when Roger and Sr. get on these boxing talk shows and do these interviews claiming that the Philippines (pac home country) is some PED factory (A-side meth), that they aren't pissing Manny off and making him less likely to give in to take these test? I struggle to understand how backing away from the opportunity to prove yourself to be clean (and your accusers as liars/idiots) and beat up the guy who's primarily pushing all this PED stuff is a natural response to the situation?
