Nope, Cotto's punches had nothing even in the earlier rounds and thats why Pac stood there and allow Cotto free shots, Am sure a pre-margarito cotto would have had more power on his shots.

I think Pacquiao said that Cotto hit him hard, plus the cauliflower ear, the bruises, etc. However, I do believe that a pre-Margarito Cotto would have done way better against Pacquiao.
