Did anyone agree with Kellerman's statement about landed punches on Pacquiao?

That's exactly my take on this. I think Cotto and Marquez have done the best against him. I would say his top 3 opponents for the last 5 years have been Morales, Marquez, and Cotto. Perhaps Oscar Larios might deserve a mention also.

Cotto landed more on Pac but Cotto's punches has no zap in it, Cotto's punches had nothing in them from the way it looked and thats the evident of too many wars from cotto's part, Clottey seem to have a better effect with the minimal punches that he landed on Pac, from the way it looked on the big screen if clottey landed more of his right hand then Pac might well be in a lot of trouble.

I'd say that Clottey was Pacquiao's toughest opponent so far since he has moved up from 130. Pacquiao was really feeling Clottey's punches.

I disagree. I think Cotto's punches lost power as the fight went on. Through the first 5 rounds, his punches were crisp and snapped Pacquiao's head often, especially the jab and a solid left hook he landed on Pacquiao in round 5. Pacquiao even wobbled for a second. Anyway, that's what I saw.

Nope, Cotto's punches had nothing even in the earlier rounds and thats why Pac stood there and allow Cotto free shots, Am sure a pre-margarito cotto would have had more power on his shots.

Yes, Max says a lot of ****** ****. I remember in the Calzaghe-Jones fight, he said in round 2, " Roy Jones Jr. is making Calzaghe look like a washed up Felix Trinidad." The tone in his voice, you could tell he said it all pompous and snidy. He couldn't control his emotions and spoke too soon, when literally seconds after Max made that brilliant comment, Calzaghe had Jones on the ropes befuddling him with punches, both to the body and head (and was a round he won on the official scorecards). In hindsight, the comment looked even worse when you're sitting there watching the fight in round 12 after witnessing Jones get dominated for the vast majority of the fight. The ****head went from "Jones is making Calzaghe look like a bum" to "Jones is washed up" in a matter of a few rounds.

That's only one example. There are dozens of others. I personally like when Steward owns Max on what's really happening in a fight. Steward makes some visual mistakes sometimes, but no where near the level that Kellerman does.

Cotto fought Pac even almost through 6. Clottey was never in it.

Talk about contradicting yourself in the blink of an eye. I've never liked Kellerman's comments but the guy is reaching a new level of mediocrity and bias. Does he even know that Pacquiao-Cotto was a great fight through the first five rounds? Does he know Cotto won, at least, three rounds? How many did Clottey win? Better yet, how many exciting moments did this fight had? I never thought a Pacquiao fan could be tedious or boring to watch. Clottey did his part to make the fight dull and Kellerman still gave him props for it.
Agree!!! you could add that if you take away the knockdowns Cotto won CLEARLY 4 of the first 5 rounds he really fought his heart out to get the win
