If Pacquiao doesnt want to take a drug test for 40 million dollars and to give the fans the fight of their lifetime.

Then why should we assume that EVEN If NSAC made random drug testing a requirement. That Pacquiao would all of a sudden sign up for RANDOM drug testing with no cut off date????

Better believe Pacquiao will not fight in Neveda. On the grounds the NSAC is bias and you pacquiao fans would run with that line of argument.

Then you guys would say why doesnt Floyd go to every commission in the world and make it a universal requirement that random drug test be required before a boxing match. And if Floyd did that... Pacquiao would probably retire claiming he has nothing to prove... and Floyd was scared to fight.
and then you guys would run with that argument.

How about Pacquiao take the 40 million and take the drug test and help clean up the sport and give the fans the fight of our lifetime.

If anything is clear from all of this, it is that Pacquiao does not want to take a RANDOM drug test.

Not even for 40 million dollars, which could help allot of poor people in the Phil.

Hell to think about it, he doesnt want to take a drug test at all...Thats is probably why he fought in Texas. Where they dont drug test at all.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"The two sides agreed to olympic style drug testing" -

"They want olympic style drug testing and we said 'sure, no problem, what ever you want' . . . Our reaction is ,'So what?' we know Manny doesn't take any illegal drugs or anything and non of this is getting under Manny's skin or anything. . .to him its a joke, a laughing matter. . .why would we be concerned?"

. . . then change their mind? wtf

    Then asks for a 5 day window. . . .

"If they give me a five-day window or something like that I have no problem with it." - Roach

and is instead given a 14 day window and turns it down claiming he now needs 24 days;only to follow that and say "the fight is dead"?

What makes you think they will ever take a random drug test after all of the backtracking!!!
What evidence do you have that he wouldn't take the test if the NSAC warranted it? You're making it seem like Pacquiao's running from the tests when repeatedly they've stated they'll take the tests, but Floyd is in no position to dictate who and what occurs in the testing, that's what the NSAC is there for. If Pacquiao denies taking tests the commission themselves warrant, wouldn't it look bad on Pacquiao and make him even more su****ious if he denied them (which he never has)?

Once again, if Floyd was genuine about cleaning the sport he'd go about it in a professional manner and it would actually make the situation look much more serious than the rumors and the he say-she say bull**** that's been going on since the whole thing started. The pressure would solely be with Pacquiao in that case because Floyd THEN would be making a serious attempt and wouldn't just be excluding himself and Pacquiao, but the entire sport of Boxing. But he hasn't done that whatsoever...

      Hard Evidence.

Manny passing all tests from the commission.

Goodman: There are many anabolic steroids that will do the same thing, it's just a question of when you stop them. How would somebody know all of this? The average person can go on the internet and type in 'half-life, anabolic steroids,' and they can get plenty of information as to how long these things stay in your system.

And there are individuals out there who will design a program. They'll ask, 'When is your competition,' and they'll design a program to make sure that they'll get the benefits from the drugs, but the drugs won't be in their system when they're drug-tested.

Obviously, the BALCO situation brought everything to a head. But there are many, many, many individuals out there who are physicians, who are chemists, who are working with athletes and designing special programs of what they need to take and when, when they need to stop it. And it's a very expensive process.

But the average Joe can go on the internet and pull up a lot of this stuff too. There are books and journals and things like that that you can get that will lay it out for you on how to do it.

How about this if Pacquiao really just want the commission to handle the drug testing. And he is willing to take Random Drug Testing.
How about Team Pacquiao and Top Rank go to any commission they want and ask that they conduct the random drug testing.

That way they could prove they were never afraid of a Random Drug test and that they really want the commission to handle the drug testing.

Because too me this sounds like an excuse.
Bob Arum all of a sudden is now a follwer of commission rules is a joke too me.
This is the same guy who use to pay off commission officals for rankings.

Bob Arum is as crooked as it gets, and for him to be this commission following soldier is a joke.
