Clottey is no bum, he was effective when he opened up.

The problem was that Pacquiaos speed and workrate was too much for him and it kept him on the defensive.

I still fail to understand this game plan of his, losing a UD is better then taking somewhat of a risk to WIN.
Exactly, he never follows up! you can't win a fight with ur hands up all night, you gotta ****ing throw something, do something man, he's the most ******est fighter I've seen.

He's a bum and a disgrace, shouldn't even be allow to fight on ESPN. There is absolutely no excuse for the type of performance he put on last night. There were times where Pac would shell up like him and stand there and what did your boy do? he stayed on that ****** shell, he's a moron.

Joshua is a bum and should of never been talked about as a top 10 Welter, he's a stiff, no hunger, nothing.
a bum doesnt beat judah give cotto and margarito all they could handle and last 12 rounds with this version of pac who has been running through all of his opponents. its because of posts like this that nsb is going to **** if you think clottey put on a bad performance last night and didnt come to win you would have an argument but to act like he is some bum who hasnt accomplished anything in his career isnt true and those of us who have been watching boxing over the years know that clottey has been a top 5-6 ww over the past couple years and has never been an easy fight for any opponent

wow the i dnt understand everyone dissing clottey, its not his fault that these dumb ass promoters decided too put on one of the most un even fights of all time. i give credit to clottey for taking the fight in the first place, and its just a shame that the fight was so uneven - due to the difference in class.

I'm damn pissed I shelled $55 for this ****** PPV.
I think Clottey is a great technical fighter so I hesitate when people call him a bum. He throws perfect textbook punches.

I think the only thing that kept him from winning all his big fights is stamina.

Thats the only thing I can think of since the guy can obviously fight.

I can't be mad at him though, the guy is a tough ass bastard. Anyone who could take 12 rounds of punishment from Tony and Pac like that gets my respect.

Specially when you are fighting infront of 51,000 people in the Cowboys Stadium against the P4P King. That was a PATHETIC display. I don't care if Pacquiao's work rate made it "difficult" for him to adapt, after round 8 it was clear he needed a KO to win the fight, take a risk, you already lost... throw a punch.

Why is a Berto fan calling Clottey a bum?
