I keep on seeing this phrase, so has many other athletes have beat the tests and the only way they have come clean is cause of a Federal investigation and not cause they tested positive

Floyd has passed every test as well. Still I doubt him being clean TBH. As Thomas Hauser wrote this whole fiasco might just be because Floyd didn't want to fight Manny at all. Had Manny complied Floyd would have barked on the 10 million a pound penalty.
