How anyone can watch that fight and think Mayweather has an easy time with Pacquiao? It's not as if Pac would just sit in front of Mayweather like he did Clottey, he only did that because he could get away with it. Against Mayweather he would use much more movement since Floyd would be moving as well. Clottey is also a very effective puncher when he does punch, he landed on Margarito and Cotto at will as well. When he did open up Pacquiao countered and landed his combinations.

I saw a Manny Pacquiao with a great body attack, and very deliberate combination punching that would give Floyd all he could handle, just like Floyd would give Pac all he could handle.

Yeah to me Pac was having fun. He stood in front because Clottey wasn't throwing ****.

Pac was coasting it and only when Clottey connected did Pac go all out again.

Clottey always had a fast right and good uppercut. That was barely enough to win one round.

If Clottey won more than 4 rounds using it, then OK, but since Pac was basically having a white wash, he was just chilling.

too bad mayweather only throws the same amount of punches that clottey did, and clottey has a much bigger punch so he cant hurt manny. if the fight wont be close it will be in pacs favor

Mayweather has a MUCH better D than Clottey because he attacks while defending whereas Clottey stays in one place and does nothing but block. Pacquiao was getting hit with right hands and uppercuts at will he will definitely need to amend that in a Mayweather fight.

I knew that people's perceptions of how Manny would do vs Mayweather would change after this fight and they may change again after Mayweather vs Mosley. IMO Mayweather should be the slight favourite against Pacquiao. I can't see Pac being allowed to throw 100 punches a round at Floyd.

He did that on purpose. Those punches still score with the judges when your opponent throws 10 punches a round. Clottey landed some clean accurate punches, but they were few and far between. It was like a flashier version of what Margarito did.

My view..

Floyd gets past Mosley..His way to inactive and combine that with his age he'll get shut out on a decision...

Pac i reckon will knock him out or bust him up to a wide UD..
Floyd aint gonna be able to stop the shots coming and im almost certain he cant tek them either...
