Pep is a Top 5 fighter All-Time though. What fighters can Pac beat that will make him a Top 5 ATG. Considering Pacs age. Considering Promotional company beefs. and Considering he doesnt fight as much as Pep did.

In the old days they need to fight often to make Money. Today they fought only the nesessary fights. No more Bums in Between. Pac's spending time Beating up quality Fighters in sparring between his superfights. Valero, Linares, Forbes, Katsidis, Ortiz, Vasquez, Guerrero etc were all become title holders and Pac annihilates them in Sparring. Do Pac needs to prove he can beat them in real fights?? Pac probably has the best resume in sparring quality. Nobody comes close. If you add how many Pac beats in sparring, he'll probably end up with more wins than Pep.

Homie you're gonna be waiting for a long time for anything that could come close to passing as a valid arguement for Pac even being in the same sentence as Willie Pep. Bottom line is he knows as well as anyone with the slightlest bit of Boxing sense that Pac is no where near Pep. Honestly bro, at 126 even @ 130 I don't think Pac style was suited for slick fighters or technicians though he was good he was wreckless and impatient. He started to improve technically after Morales 2 adding a right hand to the mix. After Marquez 2 by Pacs own admission, he needed to work more on his mental game and started studying his opponents in becoming a superb boxer puncher. I still think people are underrating Manny's boxing skills now. Lb for lb @ his best I think Pac can catch Pep. He is more of a thinking fighter now and I think he would be able to catch Pep because Manny has become a calculating slick puncher that can throw punches at odd angles that opponents don't expect and he has fast feet and hands to compliment it. It would be an interesting match up to say the least.
