I dont think these guys know who Pep is before they voted because there is nothing in Pacs style that says he can beat one of the slickest fighters to ever box.

JMM got Power and Bigger than Pep. Pep Cant Hide for 15 rds. Pac has endless stamina will catch pep after 4 rds.

JMM is taller but Pep had the longer reach and both are considered career featherweights.

I have the same opinion as Alibata and Pac is still very active and I think he can accomplish more as he fights until he retires.

Pep is a Top 5 fighter All-Time though. What fighters can Pac beat that will make him a Top 5 ATG. Considering Pacs age. Considering Promotional company beefs. and Considering he doesnt fight as much as Pep did.

The main thing is Pacquiao is still active and Pep is long gone and his legacy has been cemented.

Comparing them right now is premature, let's wait until Pacquiao retires and maybe we can do a good comparisson.

At featherweight, at 126. Pep schools Pac. Pac got better since then. But, at 126 Pep embarrasses him.... And, I am a huge Pac my favorite active fighter. But, at 126 Pac was just a one handed fighter. And, the question is who is greater.

A prime Tito could possibly beat Pac at 147 though. Pac is the greater fighter P4P but Tito is the greater WW... And, I brought up Tito to prove that Oscar hasn't really done **** in the last 10yrs to prove he has been overrated in that time period.
