No Arum gets paid, he gets the HBO money, he gets the ticket money, he gets the sponsorship money. But, is against the law to get a cut if he promotes both fighters, who are fighting each other. He does get money from other places but not the cut of the fighters purse if both his fighters are fighting each other. So when he is the sole promoter and is both of his fighters he does not need to share the money of the tickets, TV money, or sponsorhip money with any other promoter.

Also are you sure Arum gets 27% of Pac purse? Where did you get that figure from?
