1. Pacquiao's never denied taking any tests, but Floyd is in no position to dictate when tests are taken either. He and Roach stated if the NSAC implement a new form of testing, they're more than willing to abide by them. Both Pacquiao and Floyd's ego's are through the roof in such little words.Pacquiao keeps on saying he doesn't agree to Floyds demand for random blood testing because he only respects the sanctioning bodies and state athletic comission rules.
If Pacquiao is so fond of the sanctioning bodies rules why ignore the rules and fight Cotto for the 147 belt at a 145 limit then?
2. What rules exactly did Pacquiao bend or break in the Cotto fight? Did you not know Oscar vs BHop wasn't a 160lb limit (157lbs) but was still for the Middleweight title?Comment

no answer is needed.
catchweight fights have been going on since the beginning of the sport.
that's just how it is.
catchweights are usually compromises agreed upon by both parties.
i have no problem with extra blood testing if both parties agree to it. problem is pacquiao didn't agree and that was that.Comment

Is there a hard and fast rule that says two fighters are not allowed to agree to a catchweight for a title fight?
