Thats bollocks. The WBO rules say between 140 and 147. If the two fighters then agree that they will weigh in at a certain weight within that criteria,then I cant see any problem with that at all. Its covered by the very same rule that you are saying it isnt.

Thats why i liked Cotto's attitude when it comes to the sport of boxing, He could have use his star power to get more advantage against his opponents but he would never do Diva stuffs like that, Even Juan Diaz use his star power to get Pauli M to come down to 138/9...Cotto is the last throw back fighter in my view and a true warrior not these two divas Mayweather/Pacquiao.
