lets be real about this James Toney ain't what he used to be but lets get real. Vitali done went from Juan Carlos Gomez, to Kingpin Johnson, to Albert Snowball and the reason he says he wont fight Toney is because "he is passed it" ???? are you serious a "passed it" JT beats all 3 of those guys convincingly, not only that a "passed it" JT make a 10x bigger fight than any of those ....smh

James Toney got his ass whupped by Fres Oquendo, who was robbed in an outrageous decision. Toney is so shot it isn't funny, and he wouldn't beat either Sosnowski or Gomez (who by the way was Vitali's mandatory) at this point. And you forgot that Vitali whipped Arreola in there as well, and Toney couldn't beat Arreola either.

Toney is a joke and is through in boxing. When you have to go begging to friggin' Dana White for a payday, you should hide your head in shame. He's gonna get his ass whipped in MMA and then it's over for him permanently. F#ck James Toney.

I had to LMAO at this comment. You say he will fight Wlad anytime but then change it to "Within 4 fights" as if that is acceptable.

I guess it would also be good for boxing if Mayweather said he'd fight Pac "within 4 fights"

I should also mention it took Haye 2 years to fight 4 times against Mormeck, Macca, Barrett and Valuev, and has taken 6 months between Valuev and Ruiz.

I'm not saying 50/50.

At the time haye was only getting money from Sentanta, a UK tv subscribing channel.

He was getting nothing from german tv etc.. and I believe no purse or very small.

When they went bust, he would have had to pay for all his expenses without any income.

Every fighter wants to make a decent amount, and if haye destroys Ruiz then he has a good chance to make good money with his next PPV after.

Exactly, when the time comes Haye and King will just make insane demands and then say the Klits are ducking them.

No way is he deserving of 50%. 40% and no TV money is the best he should hope for and would be more then he had earned or deserved.
