Mine was Hearns vs Duran. I was about ten at the time and my mum was a big Hearns fan. It was a pretty good one at that,absolute annihilation and that right hand!!!!

Thats a great story,and there has been a few in here. Thanks for sharing. The first fight I actually watched was the second Ali v Spinks,I was about 4 at the time,but my old man insisted we watched it. I have very fuzzy memories of the figh,but I remember going to the beach later that day and some kid with a massive afro was riding round in circles on a chopper repeatedly shouting "Ali,Ali" at the top of his voice!
