Yes he was. Past prime fighters tend to slow down, which he did not. Joe hit his peak in his 30s no one can deny this. Thats like saying Hopkins wasn't in his prime at 36, since it was in their mid 30s when they did their best work.

Actually that's not funny. If he ****** as a fighter, he wouldn't of gotten over 20 title defenses.
I guess Sven Ottke is greater than Tito cuz he is undefeated with over 20 title defenses. And, he fought around the same time in the same weight-class as Calzaghe.

My responses are made solely to the ones that discredit Calzaghe. I'm not saying Tito isn't a great fighter. Both are great in their own respective ways.
