Over/Under 9.5 is round 10 1:30 min , if it was lets say over/under 6.5 then you would be looking for the 7th round 1:29 to cash on the under and 7th round 1:31 to cash the over . There is no round number zero so basically what number they offer + 1 is the round you will be looking for .

They set this at - 300/+200 , they will get one sided action on Pacman and most likely lose a decent amount of money without getting a lot of action on the other end with Clottey being just + 200 .

Clottey wins inside distance +1425 on 5dimes right now is worth a dollar or few no matter what outcome you see in this fight . Can still place some on other outcome like Pacquiao wins in round 10-12 + 549 .
