Considering not many people outside of boxing know Clottey and even if you aren't a hardcore boxing fan chances are you have seen this little guy who iced Hatton , beaten up Cotto and De La Hoya I would say Pacquiao will be atleast - 600+ at lets say 5dimes who have him listed at - 525 at the moment . Whoever has Pacquiao at - 800 right now is not worth dealing with in the first place , there are A rated bookies who have him at under - 550 .

I just remember the gap closing for Mayweather Hatton as it got closer to fight night and this may have been influenced to an extent by 24/7 and maybe the all the British fans in Vegas.

However, in this case there really doesn't seem to that could happen for people to lay down money on Clottey other then the odds becoming more spread.

True , doesn't seem like there will be any big swings anymore with odds the way they are now . Same with the Chambers fight , Wladimir Klitschko being - 700 already , doesn't seem like there will be a lot of action , atleast not on the straight winner of the fight outcome .

Damn, -800? I like Pacquiao but since he'd been in the spotlight, the betting odds ain't that good for me. But hell, if you are confident he'll win then why not take the risk. But since big risk, little reward.. that gives me a no-no.

see thats why vegas and people who run a sports book know what they are doing. Of course that seems tempting. But cmon this fight is made for Pac to win in my opinion. Not taking anything away from Clottey it will be a great fight. but I would like it is throwing money away putting that on Clottey.

Pretty much this , if this goes to the decision Clottey lost . If anything I would just bet on Clottey to win by KO or TKO which is how he has to win .
