Hatton was at his best weight and got KTFO, so i give him credit for that. Besides that, Pacquiao was a great little guy. At WW, he has had weaker fights than Mayweather.

Freddie also seems a little hesitant with Mosley. But I alreayd know Mosley would tax that ass if he don't drain himself.

All I take from that video is.....

VALERO IS A BIGGER BOSS THAN I HAD ALREADY THOUGHT.
The hatton mayweather beat at 147 would have been harder to beat than the 140 version of hatton he struggled to make weight most of the time, its more to do with the people hes facing at welter are bigger and he cant walk through their punches, that his best weight is supposed to be 140, so really he was also weight drained.

Mayweather fought ODLH at 154, and he got outweighed by 20lbs that night.

Mayweather has fought more bigger guys than Pac. That is a fact, but Pacquiao gets more credit for fighting bigger guys. Doesn't make sense.
both have fought bigger fighters in tha past, but your initial argument is that Pacquiao fought a lot of smaller fighters which is ridiculous

the last time Pac fought a "small" fighter was Larios, who was a bantam but also fought at featherweight during his career

Pacquiao has outweighed alot more opponents than Floyd has.

Floyd has fought more bigger guys than Pac has.

That is a fact. That's all I'm trying to say.

With your logic on Virgil Hill, you must admit that perhaps Cotto was also drained since he is immediately moving up in weight after fighting Manny.
I would also say he was not the same fighter after he fought Margarito...

Ppl talk like his accomplishments aren't a big deal but if winning titles in 7 different classes was that easy then someone wouldve done it by now.. I think its the hardcore fans that rank him too high are the ones that hurt his image to the boxing public

Come on! He lost because Erik Morales had enough left in the tank to beat him the first time. After that fight,Morales didn't look as impressive, even against other people. He had too much "mileage" if anything...
Manny felt "weakened/less powerful" because he skipped eating to get in at weight at the last moment, and he had bigger gloves on.Blood has nothing to do with it.

Pacquiao has been fighting smaller guys most of his career, and Mayweather has been fighting bigger guys - sometimes being out weighed by 10-20 lbs!

But who gets the credit for fighting bigger guys?

I personally don't give too much credit to Pacquiao for his last 4 fights. The last fight I give him full credit for is the JMM fight, because JMM is tough stylistically for him, he wasn't weight drained, past prime or any of that. It was a tough fight for him and he won. I give him credit for taking risks in that fight.

But as that video exposed, once Pacquiao got some leverage, he stopped taking risks. If the guy is too big - catchweight. If the guy seems past it - fight them.

Asking Mosley to come down to 142 for them to fight him because he is too good, but then fighting an even bigger guy in Clottey at 147 because the styles match up well - that's not right.

I still rate him as an ATG for his fights in the lower divisions, but I'm not buying into everything he's doing at the moment.
Baldomir 20 lbs or whatever higher is not as good as a prime JMM at his best weight IMO.

Size in boxing is the last thing that counts if the weight is the same at weigh in. Making the weight can ofcourse mean a huge difference if you have to starve.

Floyd's style does not need to be big. Infact him being that much lighter helps him because he is much faster on his feet. Floyd is athletically very gifted and releis on it as much as Pac. Floyd would not be the defensive fighter he is without his super footwork speed, refelxes, speed and range. He has a very long range for his weight and size. Having a fat badlomir walking after you is an easy thing for Floyd. When he faced a guy who had similar qualities as him in Judah with the speed and athletic ability, he had a tough start but then Judah started to fall apart like he normally does when plan A fails when the opponent has a plan B.

Pac has faced some guys smaller than him and some bigger. Morales is 5 foot 8 for example. Yes the catch weight thing with Mosely was bull****. That was before Pac had a fight at 147 or 145 should I say. Now that he has, I feel they are confident Pac can handle anyone at 147, and that is what Pac said after the Cotto fight.

He beat many prime fighters. Barrera, Morales, JMM, Hatton, Cotto, and many others. Pac wasnt in his prime, yet could still beat these great fighters.

Floyd Mayweather is known as Fraud Mayweather. Dont try passing the buck onto Pac now.
