Pacquiao is legit but I don't count 2 wins at WW. Oscar was drained, I don't give Pacquiao credit for that. Cotto below 147 is a weak, chinny guy. So I don't give him credit for that. Hatton was at his best weight and got KTFO, so i give him credit for that. Besides that, Pacquiao was a great little guy. At WW, he has had weaker fights than Mayweather.

Freddie also seems a little hesitant with Mosley. But I alreayd know Mosley would tax that ass if he don't drain himself.

that being said, i personally believe his blood test excuse is bull**** and needs to be looked thru the eyes of a skeptic
