I'm all for the blood testing. I don't give a damn if someone had demanded it or the commission demanded it. Floyd put it out on the table, Pacquiao refused the test. Simple as that.
If I was told to take the test, I would just take it. Get it over with. Then whoop his ass in the ring, and Barrera is ass when he hits the deck. Like how Barrera whaaped JMM when he hit the deck.

If boxers boycott Vegas they have to fight somewhere else. So then they have to get that States commission to implement it then it will never end. If Mayweather-Pacquiao can only happen if the OST's are involved then Pac should just do it for the good of the sport and give the fans the fight they want. I think he will this Fall. Pac is going to prove that it's not a commission thing its a contract issue.
I don't see the commission doing anything. At least not this year or the next this will take a long time.
Take all the promters going up to the Sanctioning bodies especially Golden boy who has a good relationsip with Souliman and Mendoza the heads of WBA and WBC. And, say hey none of our fighters for your titles unless in all sanctioning fights there is random blood testing. Think about the promotes who spoke out on Pac. GBP, Shaw, and Dibella. Those are 3 major promoters in the U.S. You know how much money the sanctioning bodies will lose. You don't think they will move quicker?
HBO and Showtime can even participate. Where anybody who will be on a televised fight will have submit random blood testing. They have the power to do that. All the promoters and fighters can put pressure on the networks to do that. Just like how saureland did in Germany with the TV networks.
Honestly there are so much the powers that be can do. But, are not doing and nobody is seeing through that bull****... But, this is why I don't get on this debate anymore. Because, everybody has an agenda and not seeing the bigger picture.

the question is would other professional boxers would agree to it??? if the MAJORITY DOES floyd would have a good case on this.. but until then we cannot both agree whether PAC would do the test or not.. floyd fans must not question him until this OST is the official drug testing for boxers.. give him credit on his accomplishments not accusing him of using PEDS..

You are right, it start with someone standing up, but it needs to be done in the right way. Again why piss off and show up the people who can actually help you clean the sport up?

All of Mayweathers have OST's in the contract. Shane agreed and the fight was signed with no issues.
