That doesn't sit well with me. If it takes a single person, in the biggest fight of our era to make a change for the good of boxing, I'm all for it. I personally don't feel it's necessary to wait on the commission, they've dropped the ball and have no intention on changing.

You either support more stringent testing or you don't. There is no midway point.
For those who didn't see this post.

    • I'm all for the blood testing. I don't give a damn if someone had demanded it or the commission demanded it. Floyd put it out on the table, Pacquiao refused the test. Simple as that.

If I was told to take the test, I would just take it. Get it over with. Then whoop his ass in the ring, and Barrera is ass when he hits the deck. Like how Barrera whaaped JMM when he hit the deck.

The best Floyd can do is put it in the contracts. Boxing is dirtier then a street whore I cant see it being the standard atleast not in my lifetime.

If boxers boycott Vegas they have to fight somewhere else. So then they have to get that States commission to implement it then it will never end. If Mayweather-Pacquiao can only happen if the OST's are involved then Pac should just do it for the good of the sport and give the fans the fight they want. I think he will this Fall. Pac is going to prove that it's not a commission thing its a contract issue.

I don't see the commission doing anything. At least not this year or the next this will take a long time.
The commission will move as quick as the powers to be will make them move... The commission makes wants Floyd fight in there state, wants Golden fightign in there state, the sanctioning bodies will move...

Take all the promters going up to the Sanctioning bodies especially Golden boy who has a good relationsip with Souliman and Mendoza the heads of WBA and WBC. And, say hey none of our fighters for your titles unless in all sanctioning fights there is random blood testing. Think about the promotes who spoke out on Pac. GBP, Shaw, and Dibella. Those are 3 major promoters in the U.S. You know how much money the sanctioning bodies will lose. You don't think they will move quicker?

HBO and Showtime can even participate. Where anybody who will be on a televised fight will have submit random blood testing. They have the power to do that. All the promoters and fighters can put pressure on the networks to do that. Just like how saureland did in Germany with the TV networks.

Honestly there are so much the powers that be can do. But, are not doing and nobody is seeing through that bull****... But, this is why I don't get on this debate anymore. Because, everybody has an agenda and not seeing the bigger picture.

I agree bro. No one on this forum or in the boxing community knew it would get this blown out of proportion.

if majority of boxers accept it and would agree to it floyd may have a case and can go on and propose it to the commission to make it official..

the question is would other professional boxers would agree to it??? if the MAJORITY DOES floyd would have a good case on this.. but until then we cannot both agree whether PAC would do the test or not.. floyd fans must not question him until this OST is the official drug testing for boxers.. give him credit on his accomplishments not accusing him of using PEDS..

I know this is gonna piss you off and this is not meant as a flame, but this is why I felt Floyd was only asking these to get into Manny's head. If he truly believe in cleaning the sport up...why show up the commission and piss them off when you can work with them to take steps in the right direction. He basically came out bashing them and their procedures when he should have went to them in an attempt to get them implemented throughout the sport.

You are right, it start with someone standing up, but it needs to be done in the right way. Again why piss off and show up the people who can actually help you clean the sport up?

i can also say fa cc this BS ost proposed by floyd right? so either way we all lose in this cuz we both dont have anything to cling to.. ost is not official so PAC can either refuse or accept!!

Floyd should atleast get all fights on his undercard to take random testing then.

One problem GBP does not care about any fight except Pac-Floyd. This isnt about the "sport" like Floyd says its about Floyd vs. Manny it will go down this fall all this stuff is a moot point.
